Carrying Legacy, Crafting Literature

Lokesh Bhardwaj, a rising voice in contemporary Hindi literature, was born in 1997 into a family deeply rooted in the literary tradition. Now 27 years old, Lokesh grew up in an environment where the written word was revered—his father is a respected journalist, and his grandfather, a renowned Bhagwat Katha Vachak and Hindi writer, served as a guiding light in his literary journey.

Lokesh’s passion for literature began at an early age and soon translated into recognition. In 2012, he was honored by the Chief Minister of Uttarakhand for his contributions to writing. A year later, in 2013, he received an award specifically recognizing his work in Hindi literature. These early accolades only strengthened his resolve to pursue a path in writing and storytelling.

Over the years, Lokesh has written numerous articles that have been published in various newspapers and magazines, showcasing his versatility and command over language. In 2014, he launched his personal blog, where he regularly shares his Hindi short stories and poetry. His blog has garnered appreciation from readers who connect deeply with his emotionally resonant narratives and poetic expressions.

 

Currently, Lokesh Bhardwaj serves as an Assistant Professor at Gurukul Kangari University in Haridwar, where he continues to inspire young minds while balancing his academic role with his literary pursuits. His debut novel is in the final stages of publication and is scheduled to release in 2025. With a unique blend of traditional values and modern sensibilities, Lokesh Bhardwaj is a promising author who is poised to make a lasting impact on the landscape of Hindi literature.
